This week our small Michigan town series focuses on a land locked town of only 400 residents...Martin, MI.

#5.  Blink and you'll miss it.

Martin, MI is a very small Michigan town.  According to Wikipedia they had a population of only 410 people in the 2010 census.

#4.  Arena’s Pizza

Salvatore Pizzo Jr had this to say on Facebook,

I tired the pizza for the first time today. I went off the reviews and never tired it but was busy doing things around the house and had them deliver me food. I was shocked on how good it was and wish I had tried it sooner. I always thought it would of been like one of the fast food places but the pizza had a good flavor was very filling and I know where to go now when I’m on this side of the state

The school, teachers and most of all watching the class of 2024 girls play sports. We have some very talented young ladies coming up, who I think are gonna take Martin somewhere!

#1.  Drag Racing

Scott Russell, Cheryl Doolittle Kilyanek, Michelle Taylor and many other mentioned drag racing and US 131 Motorsports Park on Facebook as their favorite thing about Martin.

A Muskegon man had this to say about US 131 Motorsports Park in a recent 5-star review on tripadvisor,

Wow, our family had an awesome time. We arrived at 5:30 and left about 11. The kids did not want to leave. Seeing the jet truck, jet dragsters, and too fuel was never forget memories. Going through the pits was unbelievable and included in our price. We felt the ticket price of $35 per adult and $10 for 12&under was a WAY good deal for all we got to see, smell, and experience. The top fuel dragsters going over 300mph and feeling the ground pounding power left us want to come back again. We will be back again. We all loved it. A WOW experience for sure.
