All Hail Oderus!

It's been a year since Dave Brockie/Oderus Urungus was taken from us.

In human form, Dave lost his battle to drugs one year ago.  In GWAR form, Oderus just went home.  Either way you look at it, a world without Dave Brockie is a sad, dark, and less funny place.

I've been a GWAR fan since I was 15 years old, and have followed the band faithfully since.  For many of you, Dave was simply the lead singer of GWAR, who dressed up like a space alien and made fart and wiener jokes.  To me, Dave was more than that.  Dave and GWAR played a giant part in shaping me into the person I am today.  It's still up for debate whether that's a good or bad thing...

Dave, I miss you terribly.  We shall meet again on the road behind.
