Ramone is living proof that if you do enough stupid radio bits, you'll get on the radio. Originally from the Detroit area, Ramone joined 107.7 RKR in 2006 as The Rocker morning intern. He went on to host nights and mid-days, before accepting a job at Wiser Productions as a talent agent in 2015. But don't worry, he's still lingering around, and you can listen to him preach the gospel of rock n' roll every Saturday from 3 to 8 p.m. right here on The Rocker!

Lucha Underground: Wrestling That Doesn’t Blow
In college, I got really big into pro wrestling. In fact, that's all I watched for three years. I Netflixed every Wrestlemania, Royal Rumble, Summer Slam, Survivor Series, etc...to catch up on everything I missed.
As quickly as I got into pro wrestling, I got out of it...
Doom Over the World!
If you follow me on Facebook, you know I'm a doom metal fanatic.
For those who aren't familiar with the genre, doom metal bands are massive Black Sabbath followers who instead of playing fast like Slayer, play slow. Really, really slow...
Ramone Angers His Wife
Long story short, after being a Charter customer for years, I switched to DirecTV for a couple reasons; one was price, and the main reason, DirecTV has the El Rey Network, which shows old kung fu and grindhouse movies. At one point, Charter had me in a killer package that included the fastest internet and every premium channel...
Back With a BANG
This was my knowledge of Bang: I knew they existed.
I didn't know who they were or what they sounded like — I just knew they were one of those proto-metal bands that helped kick off the genre.
When I saw that Bang got back together after a 40 year hiatus, and would be touring with Pentagram, I became intrigued...
That Time I Peed Myself
My senior year of college, my buddy Tim and my roommate Bryan joined me for a night of (heavy) drinking at Boomerangs.
I remember walking in and going right up to the bar and ordering a shot of Jager and a beer. Bryan wasn't a heavy drinker, so Tim and I could always rely on him to drive our drunk asses home...
Day 31: Halloween [Horror Film Review]
Surprise, surprise. Day 31 is Halloween. But this shouldn't surprise anyone, because John Carpenter's Halloween really is the quintessential Halloween movie. Not only is it the perfect movie to watch during the Halloween season, but it really is the movie that kicked off the whole slasher genre...
Day 30: Bride of Frankenstein [Horror Film Review]
The Bride of Frankenstein is the greatest horror movie of all time, and I will fight you if you disagree with me.
Taking place immediately after the events of the first film. Henry Frankenstein is in bed with his wife trying to recover from his crazy night of monster battling, when Dr...
Ramone Talks with Pentagram Frontman, Bobby Liebling
On Saturday, October 25, 2014, I was invited onto Pentagram's tour bus to chat with living legend, Bobby Liebling. There's a tremendous documentary out about Bobby called "Last Days Here" that I can't recommend enough.
That night, we talked about how the movie changed his life, doing drugs with Ozzy, and a new studio album that will hopefully be released in the Spring of 2015...

Day 29: Fright Night [Horror Film Review]
Vampires really don't get the love they deserve. And I say that because there are a lot of really awful vampire films out there. Take Twilight for example. What the hell is this "glittering in the sunlight" bullsh*t? Vampires shouldn't be loved by teenagers, they should be feared...
