Biggest Omelette I’ve Ever Had

By a suggestion to my wife, we decided to try "The Lil' Chef Cafe" in Battle Creek.

The person who suggested it to my wife said that they had a great "southern omelette."  So, I tried it and it was not only an excellent omelette, but it was huge.

The omelette had sausage, onions and hash browns stuffed in it. The whole plate of hash browns and omelette was smothered in sauage gravy.  My wife had the "western omelette," which was the same size as mine (it just didn't have the gravy on it).

I can honestly say that we both had to take home leftovers. It was so big that it ended up being the only meal I ate for the entire day.
