British Chef John Thomlinson has spent countless hours interviewing cannibals to glean some fun facts related to the taste of human flesh.  Why?  Because he's been trying to perfect his "human flesh" burger... a Frankenstein's Monster patty stitched together from veal, chicken livers, bone marrow, and pork.  It's the creepy cousin to the Turducken.
