This time of year I am always on the lookout for babies. Not human babies. It's spring, so the grounds of the station are teeming with new fawns, ducklings, et all. I was surprised, however, by this little guy this morning. And when I say "little" he's about the size of a quarter. Based on the shell, I'm pretty sure it's not a snapper, but factoring in the coloring and tail, can anyone identify what type of turtle this is? We have to move him relatively soon, as there are too many open areas he could fall in to and get stuck. Help me help this baby find a home.
