Cauliflower Pizza Crust

My wife found this recipe for pizza crust that can be made with Cauliflower.  We tried it over the weekend and it was great.  Now last night I decided since I had some left over Cauliflower I would try it again and  this time make some Cauliflower Breadsticks.  Now the pizza came out great (left), the breadstick/dough not so much.   The dough was too thick and too done on the bottom and it stuck to the aluminum foil so I had to toss it.   If you ever get tired of regular dough get some cauliflower grate it and make up some dough good change from everyday pizza.
