Dallas Stars Use ‘Super Mario Brothers’ Inspired Game To Announce Contract Extension

Teams are finding creative ways to announce deals on social media.  One of the best I've seen recently involved the Dallas Stars, Tyler Seguin and "Super Mario Brothers".

In recent weeks Dallas Stars center, Tyler Seguin has been seeking a contract extension.   A few months back the team released a video featuring Seguin as the character in "Super Mario Brothers now called "Super Seguin Brothers".  The clip mentions that Seguin is in off season mode.

Now today the team has gone back to "Super Seguin Brothers" and have announced that Tyler Seguin has signed an 8 year extension with the Stars.  It features Tyler as the character running through various logos of NHL teams and finishing with the announcement of his new deal.

This is a great way to announce a new deal.  Now only if they would make this an actual playable game.
