It has been since 2009 since the Detroit Lions tweaked their uniforms.  It looks like it is happening again as the team is set to show off new uniforms in April.

According to the story at M-Live,  the team will introduce the new uniforms to the public on April 13.  It is part of a re-branding that began with an altered logo on recently released apparel in the team store.

The change sees the black outline around the Lions logo replaced by a silver one as well as a new font.

Along with being featured on new apparel, the change has appeared on the Lions website and Twitter account.
