Last Month the Detroit Pistons retired Ben Wallace's jersey. Tonight they will retire another fan favorite, Chauncey Billups.

The Pistons will retire Chauncey's jersey tonight during the halftime of the game between the Pistons and the Denver Nuggets.

He was instrumental in the success of the Pistons teams from 2002-2008.  According to Detroit Metro Times, the run included 6 consecutive Eastern Conference Finals and the NBA Title in 2004.  He was the Finals MVP that year, also a Five time All Star.

Mr. Big Shot left the team in 2008 but returned to finish his career in Detroit during the 2013-2014 season.

Tonight his jersey joins other Pistons legends in the rafters at The Palace.

Congratulations Chauncey!
