Pistons To Play First Regular Season Game At LCA

Little Caesars Arena has featured in it's first month the Red Wings home opener, concerts and WWE. It is now the Detroit Pistons turn to play in their new home.

The Pistons, who have played at The Palace Of Auburn Hills since 1988, will play their home games at the new arena Downtown Detroit.

The NBA regular season begins for the Pistons on Wednesday night, when they will play their first regular season game in the new arena by hosting the Charlotte Hornets.

According to M-Live, the team will have special guests through out opening night. Dej Loaf will perform pregame. American Idol alum Manny Torres will perform pregame in the arena plaza and sing the national anthem. Skylar Grey is set to perform at halftime.

Fans in the stands will receive a t shirt and an interactive LED bracelet. Also before the game for fans who are early, there will be a dj along with other entertainment and giveaways on the concourse.

Lots of events ahead for the Little Caesars Arena this next month along with the Pistons and Red Wings, the arena will see shows from artist like The Eagles and Guns N' Roses. UFC will also feature UFC 218 at the new arena in December.
