Detroit Tigers Have The Worst Odds For 2018 World Series

The Houston Astros just won the 2017 World Series and with this season over who is the favorite for next season?   It is not the Detroit Tigers.

According to the story at M-Live, they have listed the 2018 World Series odds from the sports book Bovada in Las Vegas.  The early favorite for next season is the Astros with 5/1 odds to repeat as champions.  Next up is the Dodgers at 11/2.

The odds for the Detroit Tigers are listed the worst at 100/1 tied with the San Diego Padres.  Not surprising as the Tigers finished tied with the worst record in the majors this past season.

If you happen to be a fan of the Cubs they are 11/1.   The White Sox are not as bad as the Tigers, but still a long shot at 50/1.

This is a very early line for next season it will probably change as teams make moves and free agents move around.
