We all know that the Air Zoo is a great place to take the whole family to learn about the wonders of aeronautics, but they are quite the advanced institution to work for. They just implemented a New Parent Program to help new parents transition from maternity or paternity leave back to the workplace. Employees of the Air Zoo are welcome to bring their baby to work. What has this meant for company morale? A huge boost! Not only is the new policy incredibly understanding of a new parent's need to have their baby close, the staff is certainly happy to help with cuddles, snuggles, and hugs. What do you think? Not considering hard hat situations, should companies allow new parents to transition in to being working parents with a New Parent Program?
