There must of been some hangover from the recent UFC event at Little Caesars Arena, as the Red Wings were involved in 3 fights in their recent loss to the Florida Panthers.

According to the story from M-Live,  The Red Wings saw the return of Luke Witkowski from his suspension and he was in involved in two of the Red Wings 3 fights.  Witkowski fought with Michael Haley not once but twice.

Luke Glendening also got into the action as he went at it with Aaron Ekblad from the Panthers.

This is something you don't see in Detroit much.  The last time the team had this many fighting penalties was back in 2013.

It was fun to see the fights but ultimately the team lost the game in overtime.  Could this be a sign of more fights in the teams future?
