Fly Tries One Of The New Lay’s Do Us A Flavor Finalist

Lay's has done their Do Us A Flavor contest over the past few years.  Last year's winner turned out to be one of my personal favorites, Kettle Cooked Wasabi Ginger. This year there are four new finalists and I got to try one of them, Southern Biscuits and Gravy.

It sounds like a strange flavor for potato chips, but I liked it.  No real biscuit flavor, it tastes mostly like gravy.  It doesn't beat the Wasabi Ginger chips but this is a flavor that I would eat on occasion if they keep it around.

The other finalist this year are Kettle Cooked Greektown Gyro, Wavy West Coast Truffle Fries, and New York Reuben.

I hope to try the others.  When I do I will let you know my thoughts on them.
