Potato chips: It's one of those things that you can't stop eating.

Ever since Lay's started their "Do Us a Flavor" contest, I had to try all the latest flavor of chips.

There have been some good flavors (mango salsa, bacon mac and cheese, garlic bread),  and then there were the not-so-good flavors (cappuccino).

There is one in particular that I have enjoyed the most. It's last year's winner.

Kettle Cooked Wasabi Ginger. I simply love kettle-cooked chips, and the wasabi ginger flavor is great.  It's funny that I enjoy these as much as I do, as I don't eat sushi that often.

Ever since Lay's announced the Wasabi Ginger flavor as last year's winner, I've been waiting for them to return to stores.

Last week, I found a bag, and I'll admit it was gone pretty quick.  Thank you Lay's for bringing them back. Now I'm curious to see what flavors we get this year.
