Follow-Up: Detroit Man Wins, Keeps Dog

A few months ago I shared the story of Dan Tillery, a Detroit man who was ordered to give up his newly adopted dog because it appeared to be a pit bull; a breed banned in the area. Tillery, though, responded that the dog is an American Bulldog, and vowed to take his case to court. I'm happy to say that his fight was not in vain; his case was dismissed yesterday. Dan gets to keep Diggy.
