Not everyone is lucky enough to go home for the holidays. But that doesn't mean they have to spend them alone. The great volunteers at God's Kitchen are hosting a free Thanksgiving meal on Wednesday, November 21st from 4:30 to 6:00pm. Come hungry for all the trimmings. They'll be serving smoked turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet corn, green beans, cranberry sauce, and your choice of apple, pumpkin, or sweet potato pie. Once again, this is a free meal that is open to the public, and there's never an income requirement to participate. God's Kitchen is operated by Baptism USA Ministries and serves the carryout meals through First Baptist Church, downtown Kalamazoo (Church Street entrance).

Want to help feed our neighbors over the holidays? A GoFundMe page has been set up to help God's Kitchen reach their funding goals. If we all give a little, we'll have a lot. That's something to be thankful for.
