Editor's note: Mike McKelly's "Get Off My Lawn" (GOML) series features his self-proclaimed "old-man" rants.

As I chronicled today on the Rocker Morning Show, it seems every concert we go to there's invariably someone right behind us who either whistles or screams constantly and loudly.  Such was the case last night at the Fleetwood Mac show at Van Andel.

As the title of this "crapsterpiece" suggests I, along with my wife Karla, got a little cranky. Last night it was a woman, directly behind us, who continually screamed "WOOOOOOOO" at the top of her lungs, for as long as she could about every 5 minutes for 2 hours.

Now, let me say that I don't want to deny anyone the fun that comes with a live experience and, in most cases, let your freak flag fly. But when it infringes on someone elses experience, you've got to take that into consideration. Just because you paid for a ticket doesn't mean you are alone in the world. And by the way, why do people scream or whistle at the band? They can't hear you.  And as my wife pointed out, if you're screaming or whistling, you can't hear the band you paid a small fortune to see.  So.....................

SHUT UP AND GET OFF MY LAWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
