Getting Ready for Oktobeerfest

My dad always said, "You can't drink all day, unless you start in the morning."

So, it was necessary to have Michael Biddick from Saugatuck Brewing Company and Brian Mills from IHS Distributing on the WRKR Rocker show this morning to "taste test" some of the brew at tomorrow's Oktobeerfest Kalamazoo.

I sampled Bonfire Brown, Pumpkin Chai and Neapolitan Milk Stout. All were uniquely tasty, but I have to say I liked the Bonfire the best.

The great thing about Oktobeerfest is that you get to try so many beers in one place that it gives you a chance to decide what you like and what to, eventually, buy. Plus, you'll probably have more than a few favorites to bring some more variety into your beer-drinking life.
