Goodbye To One of The Greats

Today is the funeral for Cream Bassist and Singer Jack Bruce who passed away on October 25th.  One of the greatest rock bassist ever but also a great vocalist. The first time I ever heard Jack was on "Sunshine of Your Love" don't know what got me into  that song but it has always been one of my favorite songs of his and Cream.  Another one of my favorites is their version of "Spoonful".  I actually heard their version before I heard the classic from the legendary Howlin' Wolf and actually sought out his version after I heard The Cream Version.  A big influence on my early music education.  Eric Clapton got all the attention in the band but it was Jack Bruce who drove them.  A Legend, a Hall of Famer who will be truly missed.
