Michigan Governor Rick Snyder will give his 8th and final State of the State Address on Tuesday night.   The  speech before the Michigan House and Senate comes after a rare over-ride of a veto.  The governor tried to kill a tax-cut bill.  A mix of mostly Republicans and some Democrats in the State Senate over-rode that veto.

With a little less than a year in office, it will be interesting to see what Governor Snyder has on his agenda, as he tries to carve out a legacy to counter the Flint Water Crisis.
