Obviously, we've been inundated with all the candidate campaign ads on TV and Radio but what about the 3 ballot proposals.  You're probably most or only informed about Proposal 1- the legalization of recreational marijuana.  But what about numbers 2 and 3?  Well, our good friends at MLive took the time to explain in relatively plain English what they're all about.  Here's a thumbnail:

Proposal 1: A law to authorize and legalize possession, use and cultivation of marijuana products by individuals who are at least 21 years of age and older, and commercial sales of marijuana through state-licensed retailers.

Proposal 2: A constitutional amendment to establish a commission of citizens with exclusive authority to adopt district boundaries for the Michigan Senate, Michigan House of Representatives and U.S. Congress, every 10 years.

Proposal 3: Authorize automatic and election Day voter registration, no-reason absentee voting and straight-ticket voting and add current legal requirements for military and overseas voting and post-election audits to the Michigan Constitution.

MLive provided more explanation to each of the proposals, including who's for and against, which you can check out by clicking HERE.
