Tuesday, November 10th:

  • Growing Herbs Indoors: (Not that kind of herb, Rockers) Kalamazoo Nature Center, 6pm. Harvest fresh herbs all winter long. Learn what herbs do well indoors and how to care for them over the winter months. Herbs will be provided for participants to care for at home.
  • Kalamazoo Wings Home Game: Wings Event Center, 7-9:30pm, price varies. The Kalamazoo Wings face off against the Manchester Monarchs. Come out and support your local hockey club!

Wednesday, November 11th:

  • Art and Vine Painting Party: Henderson Castle, 5:30-7:30pm, $68.80. Paint alongside one of our fantastic local artists while you sip wine. Create a different work of ART every class. Classes are held in our 3rd Floor Ballroom.
    All materials are included in ticket price. This painting party includes a 6- flight tasting of our very own Henderson Castle wine: Riesling, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Castle Red Blend, Merlot, and Meritage and a delicious Antipasto buffet.

  • Kalamazoo Wings Medieval Night: Wings Event Center, 7-9:30pm, price varies. The Kalamazoo Wings play against the Evansville Icemen and host Medieval Night – brought to you by Kalsee Credit Union. There will medieval events around the concourse and special food for the medieval theme! It is also Communities In Schools Night - donate a brand new school item, all items will go to Communities In Schools

Saturday, November 14th:

  • Marketplace: St. Catherine of Siena Parish, FREE! A unique shopping experience for purchasing food, gifts and crafts sold by fair trade and “agent of change” vendors from around the world. MARKETPLACE 2015 will feature 16 vendors (list follows). Shoppers will be able to select from a wide variety of gift items, including Equal Exchange coffees, teas, chocolates and snacks; hand-knitted sweaters, hats, gloves and scarves; children’s toys and books; handmade jewelry, soaps, note cards, paper, and much more.
  • Annual Kalamazoo Holiday Parade: 11a-12:30p, FREE! This downtown Kalamazoo event features giant balloons that grace the sky for a dazzling performance of flight. It also showcases more than 80 community organizations, businesses, bands, and clowns –all making the parade a fun-filled holiday celebration. And, as the tradition holds true, Santa is always the finale!
  • Kalamazoo Wings Honor Our Heroes Night: Wings Event Center, 7-9:30pm, price varies. The Kalamazoo Wings play against the Cincinnati Cyclones and host Honor our Heroes/Scout Night – brought to you by Amerifirst. There will be special game jerseys and post game auction, rally towel giveaway, and first ever camp out night at the arena for the boy scouts. Come support the K-Wings and join us in honoring Veterans of Military, Police and Firefighters
