Schnitzel is one of the simplest foods; a thin piece of pork, chicken, or veal bathed in an egg wash and dredged through seasoned bread crumbs, then fried until crispy.  It's like a heavenly meat candy bar.  And when you pair it with sauerkraut, I swear it's like it's served straight from Mt. Olympus. Ambrosia, my friends; schnitzel may just be meat ambrosia.
Sandwiched (get it... sandwiched) between Harvey's on the Mall and the State Theater, Chau Haus Schnitzel Station is open for business, offering up traditional German food in a flash! Join them tonight, November 4th, for Art Hop for some free samples!
Chef Frankie and the crew are still settling in to their location.  Regular hours will start Tuesday, November 8th, with separate lunch times and dinner times. Stay tuned for updates!
