House Votes To Make English Official Michigan Language
Is it just me or is this something that really didn't warrant anyone's attention right now; or ever! Maybe I'm missing something here. Was another language starting to take over? Frankly, I could understand making 'correct' English the official language. I can think of a few other things our lawmakers should be spending our time trying to accomplish.
Here's a few of things right off the top of my head...
1. Making schools safer.
2. Crumbling roads and bridges.
3. Highest auto insurance rates.
The list goes on and on. Now, as many people know I'm part of the 'Rationalist' Party. I prefer to take in ideas from all sides and make up my own damn mind so I just had to call this one out. The article from the Detroit News lays out the reasoning by the supporters of the bill. Check it out by clicking HERE.
