Is THIS A Thing???

So I'm walking through a store selling things for the home with my wife and, no surprise, they have all the Christmas stuff out.  In the area with all the fake trees I see something that just doesn't quite fit in my mind's eye.  I think it's a Christmas tree but it also looks like a mannequin.

My first thought was some stock boy was bored and decided to do a little "pranking"!  Turns out it wasn't an accident.  It's something that people actually want to buy.  I gotta be honest.  It looks like something Tim Burton would have in one of his movies.  A dismembered torso impaled on a Christmas Tree.  Is this something that you would buy?  If so, is this something you would then accessorize like a doll?  Just when I thought I'd seen it all...
