J. Gumbo’s Great Cajun & Creole In Kalamazoo

Thanks to J. Gumbo's for hooking me up with the tasty mild Jambalaya and cornbread.  It was my first taste of their food and I really enjoyed it.  Normally I don't get to enjoy this type of food often and it was a great treat to finally have some.

The Jambalaya includes shredded chicken, sausage along with peppers, onion and celery.  To add to an already great dish,  I  added some cheese, sour cream, green onions and some jalapenos for a kick.
