Journey of Edward Tulane at Kalamazoo Civic Theatre
Join the adventure as the Civic Youth Theatre presents the Southwest Michigan premiere of The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane, an adaptation of the young adult novel by Kate DiCamillo. Edward Tulane is a rabbit, but not just any rabbit; he's very dapper china rabbit gifted to 10-year-old Abilene for her birthday. When Edward suddenly gets lost at sea, he soon discovers that this dashing bunny has a lot to learn about friendship and the transformative power of love. Boasting a cast of 37 youth performers and 18 youth production members, this family friendly production demonstrates carries the lesson of love, loss, and the courage to love again.
