The ECHL regular season is almost here and the K-Wings make a move before the start of the new season. 

According to the Press Release from the K-Wings, the team has traded future considerations for Toledo Walleye Forward Austin Wuthrich.  He joins the K-Wings after his rookie season in Toledo.

Austin was in 53 games for the Walleye where he had 28 points, 15 goals and 13 assists.

We'll will see how he fits in with the K-Wings, when they start their regular season on Friday night in Norfolk against the Admirals.   The K-Wings play their home opener next Friday, October 21st against Ft. Wayne.
