Kalamazoo FC Soccer Opener Sunday

Yesterday morning the coach of Kalamazoo's new NPSL team Lumumba Shabazz stopped by to get us ready for the new sports experience and the first season.  The name of the team is Kalamazoo FC and their first game is Friday on the road and then open at home at Riverfront Park on Sunday.

It's no secret I've never been a fan of soccer.  Up until recently I didn't consider it a sport if you can't use your hands.  No eye-hand coordination, no sport.  Well I've come around and plan on catching a game if for no other reason than they're OUR team.  Get more information by clicking HERE.  And if you didn't get a chance to meet coach Shabazz on our show, you can meet him by clicking the button.
