For the 60th year in a row, the Kalamazoo County Expo Center is bringing Southwest Michigan the BIGGEST Rock, Gem, Fossil, and Mineral Show ever, May 3rd through the 5th. This year the show is taking over the main room and adding many new vendors. From geode cracking to Petosky stone polishing, learn all about these amazing bits of earth from guest speakers and demonstrations. This is a great event for children, with children's activities throughout the event. They can make jewelry, pan for gold, and so much more. See demonstrations on beading, wire wrapping, silver work, faceting, slate carving, fossils, and meteorites. The 60th Annual Kalamazoo Rock & Gem Festival is more than rubies, and diamonds, and sapphires; it's a fun day for the whole family.
