Kalamazoo’s Potty Peeper

I just found out about this guy.  Robert James Bell from Kalamazoo, who many are calling the "Potty Peeper" because of his latest arrest, has been peeping over the top of stalls in women's bathrooms for years.

Before getting caught in the Grandville Meijer, he was also arrested for following women into the dressing rooms at Kohl's in Portage and bathrooms at KVCC.  Basically, he's a serial peeper and now he may finally get stopped for good.
