If you are a fan of rock documentaries you should check out "Keith Richards: Under The Influence".   Keith released his new solo album called, "Cross-eyed Heart" on Friday. This documentary goes into the making of the album and the many influences of his career.

When I heard this was being released I was curious to see it. Keith is one of those rockers that I try to follow when he is active.  I do have his book, "Life" but I have yet to read it.  After seeing this documentary, I am more interested in reading his book.

This film covers alot of his time in the studio recording his latest album. It also goes into some of his studio sessions with the Stones.
Plus, talks about many of his influences including Blues,Country and even Reggae.

One of my favorite parts of the film is a clip of him playing pool and talking with Buddy Guy. Keith was also asked at one point on What he
thought of Nudie suits and if he ever had one?

This film is a must if your a fan of the Rolling Stones or Keith but, even if you are not a fan, I think you can appreciate the music history featured in the film.
