Battle Creek based Kellogg company responds to General Mills' attack on the iconic brand.

You know how advertisers can't say "Super Bowl" unless they are involved with the National Football League? (This is why you always hear commercials for the "big game" party.) It turns out you can't copyright everything. Early in 2018, General Mills discovered that "frosted flakes" was not a protected phrase, so they put out a cereal named Lucky Charms Frosted Flakes. Clearly, this was a shot across the bow and now Kellogg is responding with Honey Nut Frosted Flakes, mocking the popular Cheerios flavor.
