Liquid Nitrogen food products have been one of the coolest (pun intended) new ways to eat all sorts of foods. From candy to ice cream, this innovative new way of cooking up treats is making its way all over the country, and Michigan is getting on board with it. MLive reports that Milkster Nitrogen Creamery located on 20570 Haggerty Rd. in Northville, Michigan is excited for their grand opening.

The creamery, which uses non-GMO ice cream is made fresh with every order using nitrogen, which in its liquid state is minus 321 degrees Fahrenheit. GM Daniel Bora elaborated on the excitement statrting a place like this holds:

We think this is a world premiere model. We control every aspect of your journey.

They have an assortment of toppings like marshmallows, Oreos, Biscoff cookie butter, Nutella, strawberries, blueberries, Rice Crispies, Fruity Pebbles, apple pie, cheesecake, almonds and coconut; with four base ice cream flavors of Latte, Vanilla, Chocolate and Sweet Cream.

Milkster Creamery in Northville has a soft opening today (Thursday) from noon - 8pm, Friday - Sunday from Noon -9pm. before the Grand Opening on Monday with hours Noon - 8pm. This location offers a more hands on experience than the other location which resides in Madison Heights.
