We don't get the full official lineup until mid-April but Meijer Gardens has given us a partial list of what to look for this Summer.

With new plans in the works to possibly build a 15,000 seat, $40M outdoor concert venue in Grand Rapids, this could be one of the last big Summers for Meijer Gardens.  The perennial favorite destination has just released just 3 shows for 2019: Nahko Medicine for the People, Rodrigo y Gabriela, and The Gipsy Kings.

Nahko Bear describes his music as "a mix of hip-hop and folk rock with a world message." Rodrigo y Gabriela are a Mexican classical guitar duo. The Gipsy Kings have been blendingtraditional flamenco styles with Western pop and Latin rhythms for 25 years.

More mainstream pop and rock acts, alternative country and the usual Summer visitors are expected to be on the full dance card when it is released this Spring- we'll be watching for it.
