At a time when companies are cutting jobs, withholding raises, and doing away with bonuses, it's no wonder a company like FloraCraft in Ludington, Michigan is making news. Just in time for the holidays, they are giving tens of thousands of dollars to their full-time employees. Owner Lee Schoenherr is pledging to share almost four-million dollars to 200 hard workers. That's some life-changing money right there, with the average bonus being about $20,000. That could mean much needed home repairs, finally taking that family vacation, or starting a savings plan. The generosity was not lost on assistant production supervisor Mary Overla, who said, quote, "I started crying — it was huge for him to do something like that for everybody."

FloraCraft makes foam and floral products for stores like Walmart, Michaels, JOANN, Hobby Lobby, and more throughout all fifty states.
