The weather is getting warmer and spring is almost here.   You know Spring is here when Spring Football heats up.  Michigan State recently finalized their annual Spring game to be played at night.

According to the story at M-Live,  the Spartans Spring game will be played Saturday, April 7th at 5 p.m.    The addition of permanent lights in the stadium has made it possible for the game to be played later.

Michigan State football is coming off a 10-3 season on which they picked up a bowl win in the Holiday Bowl against Washington State.

The team should be right in the mix for a Big Ten title as they will have quite a few starters returning including quarterback Brian Lewerke.

If you can't make it to the upcoming Spring game the game is set to be broadcast on the Big Ten Network and BTN2Go.

The Spartans are set to kick off their 2018 season in East Lansing against Utah State on Friday August 31st.  You can check out the full season schedule for 2018 for Michigan State here.
