New Wave with Zoo Wave at Kalamazoo's Old Dog Tavern

Kalamazoo's own Zoo Wave, the band that aims to unearth those hidden gems from the New Wave era in music, hits the Old Dog Tavern stage Friday, January 11th at 10:00pm. Cover is only five dollars and that gets you great covers from Psychedelic Furs, David Bowie, Devo, Tears for Fears, Men at Work, The Police and so much more. According to their Facebook page, the band stays "true to the spirit of the original recordings while still leaving room for (their) own musical personalities, and maybe even a little jamming...". Join Dan Adam, Rick Camburn, Landon Ewers, and Abe Savas for a nostalgic trip to the late seventies and early eighties.
