With Black Sabbath's touring days over, Ozzy Osbourne is continuing to play shows solo with yet another high profile date just added to his summer itinerary. Osbourne will headline one of the shows at the famous Buffalo Chip in Sturgis during the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally week.

Osbourne will play on Aug. 9 following the Moto Stamped Street Drag Invitational, RSD Super Hooligan Races and the Sportster Showdown. “You never know what to expect with Ozzy, but you can be sure it will be over the top," said Rod Woodruff, President of the Sturgis Buffalo Chip. “He puts on an incredible show and this is one of those performances you just can’t miss. You may not have another opportunity to see the legendary Ozzy Osbourne live on stage. I wonder if he’s still biting the heads off bats?" Osbourne will headline the festivities on the Buffalo Chip's Wolfman Jack Stage.

The music lineup for the week is still being finalized, but Osbourne joins a solid list of rock and metal performers. Shinedown are booked for Aug. 6, the Doobie Brothers have already signed on for Aug. 7, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Blackberry Smoke will perform on Aug. 8, George Thorogood and Blink-182 will play on Aug. 10, the day after Osbourne's show, and Alter Bridge lead the Aug. 11 performances.
