Police Rescue 2-Year Old on Highway After Dark

It's a parent's worst nightmare... at least one of them anyway.  What is captured by the dashcam will make you swallow hard.  I know I started thinking about my own kids and, now, grandkids.  Imagine the worst-case scenario that certainly could've unfolded.  It's unbelieveable that no harm came to this this child.  The image will be with me for quite awhile.
