Radio Shack Stores in Kalamazoo and Portage Set To Close

I remember going to Radio Shack when I was younger.  I always liked to look at the games they had for the computers of the time. I also remember buying various adapters for all the stereo equipment that my family had.

It's sad to see that according to M-Live, The Radio Shack stores in Kalamazoo and Portage are among the stores that will close.

They are among the 52 Radio Shack stores in Michigan and 1,700 hundred nationwide that will close as the bankrupt company reorganizes.

No word on when the stores on Westnedge and Stadium drive will close. The company indicates they will sell off their inventory's before they close. The list of stores that are closing didn't include the Gull Rd. location.
