There has been a dog in my life for the better part of 50 years.  All of the 5 dogs were not of the barking variety.  By that I mean that either the dogs did not have a proclivity to barking or we trained then not to unless prompted.  Then there are the dogs that bark frequently or even incessantly.

Just about every neighborhood has the proverbial barking dog that, in some cases, can become a nuisance or more than that.  Barking dogs have resulted in confrontations and court proceedings which could in turn result in the dog being debarked and silenced for good.  Well now, according to WXYZ TV, the Michigan  House is considering a bill that would ban debarking of dogs.  Get the whole story by clicking HERE.
