Mick Thomson from Slipknot was doing some good 'ol fashion drinking with his brother, as brothers do, and then they decided to stab each other.  Also, something brothers do.

Apparently the two brothers got into a drunken, knife-wielding brawl at 4 a.m. Wednesday, and Mick's brother stabbed him in the back of the head, according to The Guardian.

The Guardian stated that Mick was rushed to the hospital, but, even so, getting stabbed anywhere, especially in the back of the head, can't be fun.

Even though Mick's injuries are non-life threatening, it's unknown at this time how this will effect Slipknot's spring tour, which is making a stop at the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids.

Although Uncle Ramone is not a Slipknot fan, it still sucks when anyone in the rock community -- especially my beloved metal community -- becomes ill or injured.

And I know that RKR's Mike McKelly is a totally wreck over this whole thing because he is southwest Michigan's biggest Slipknot fan.
