A building that once was home to people making it rain $1 bills is now going to be home to people making it rain sprinkles. Jon Jon's Strip Club on the infamous Mound Rd in Warren, Michigan was the last of its kind in the city before closing down. Now, Dawn Cordaro who owns the DQ Grill & Chill Franchise says she hopes the store to be open by May as construction has already begun, as the Detroit Free Press reported.

Cordaro went on to say that the new facility will be 3,500 square feet, open year-round, serving a full menu of hot food items like burgers, chicken sandwiches and fries. Of course the classic Dairy Queen menu will be available providing thier classic frozen treats like Blizzards & Ice Cream Cones. It will have an outdoor, covered patio and drive-thru as well.

According to Dean Peters, DQ's director of communications, DQ has 157 locations in Michigan, 4,400 nationally. There are also 1,794 locations in 26 additional countries.
