Given that it took 20 years to get here and arose partly out of leftover performances recorded during the sessions for 1994's 'Division Bell' LP, it seems safe to assume that most Pink Floyd fans aren't expecting another album out of the long-dormant group after 'The Endless River' arrives Nov. 10.
Until recently, the prospect of a new Pink Floyd album seemed to good to be true, but now that the long-dormant group has confirmed its upcoming 'Endless River' LP, fans may feel like no dream is too unlikely to wish for.
This October we will get a new Pink Floyd album called,"The Endless River". Like most Pink Floyd fans, I'm excited to hear something new even though the recordings are close to 20 Years Old. One thing I've done recently is starting to listen to older albums from the band.
Hope you are saving your money as there are a few good album remaster's coming out in the next few months. Rush recently released a 40th Anniversary box set of their debut album on Vinyl. June 3rd will not only see The 20th Anniversary release of Soundgarden's "Superunknown" but also the Deluxe Reissue's of Led Zeppelin's first 3 albums with bonus tracks.
