'Take Me To The River' Film & Tour At State Theatre 11-12

Fans of the sounds of Memphis do not want to miss this night at the State Theatre in Kalamazoo. "Take Me To The River" film and live concert will be in Kalamazoo on November 12th.

The film, directed by Martin Shore, is a documentary of the influence of the music of Memphis featuring, William Bell, Charlie Musselwhite, Snoop Dogg, Mavis Staples, Bobby Rush and more.

This event will feature a viewing of the documentary and will be followed by a concert that features many of the artist featured in the film including, Bobby Rush, Charlie Musselwhite, William Bell, Frayser Boy and more.

Tickets are on sale now and you can either purchase a ticket for just the film or you can get one which features the film and the concert. Tickets are available at Ticketmaster and the State Theatre Box Office.
