Research has shown that the majority of Americans don't get enough sleep.  Many of the reasons have to do with the times in which we live.  People are under more stress, they are constantly on electronic devices which have an adverse effect on the brain's ability to dial down and many people simply have less time allotted to their sleep schedule.

If that weren't enough, there's the issue of getting older and the lack of melatonin in our bodies which is essential to a better night's sleep.  Oh, and, ya the whole growing prostate thing that wakes us guys up to take a leak in the middle of the night.
