Coming up on Sunday, October 7th, from 11a-1p, learn how to make Rack of Lamb Provencale (tomato based sauce) and Meillefaeilk (your guess is as good as mine). $49 per person reserves your spot to learn new techniques in the kitchen while creating "something healthy and something sweet," according to their website. New to cooking? No problem! All the tools will be provided for the class by Henderson Castle, and recipes will be sent out in advance to registrants so you know what you're getting in to.
